As a guideline, appointments are normally booked Monday - Friday, 10am to 7pm, and Saturday mornings at 9am.

Please note that it is not always possible to answer the telephone personally, as we may be serving a valued client (most bookings are approximately 2 hours). If this is the case, please leave us a message with your name, number, and preferred appointment time, and we will call you back as soon as we are available. Cozy Corner Holistic Services is conveniently located in Dartmouth close to Mic Mac Mall, Dartmouth Crossings and both bridges on 2 Brannon Drive. Please note that appointments must be made in advanced as doors are locked at all times. Exact directions will be given during appointment bookings and prior to Gift Certificate pick ups.

Cancellation Policy
Cozy Corner Holistic Services offers very exclusive, private sessions and times are reserved especially for you. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance of appointment time will result in a full charge of booked appointment (including gift certificate appointments). If a guest books two or more treatments for a visit (Including combo treatments), we apply a 48-hour cancellation policy and credit card information will be requested to confirm your appointment.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available and valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Please call ahead to arrange a good time for pick up, or we’ll send it to you by mail or email. For a few holiday gift ideas, please visit our Promotions page.

Gratuities are not included in treatment prices or gift certificates. Monetary rewards are solely at your discretion but always very much appreciated.
