This relaxing foot treatment is very holistic in its approach but effective at rebalancing your body to promote healing of the entire body, release tension and improve circulation. Reflexology is ideal for everyone of all ages and is a great tool at achieving and maintaining excellent health.

REIKI (with Catherine Whittaker, Reiki Master):
Rebalance your life and get your spark back. Reiki is a simple energy modality with very powerful results. This relaxing and enjoyable treatment gets rid of emotional baggage that no longer serves you, rebalances your physical and emotional energy flow, and often eliminates aches and pains as a result.
Session is done with client fully clothed on massage table, complete with blanket, pillow, candlelight and relaxing music. This treatment is absolutely non-invasive and very holistic in its approach. For optimal results, REIKI sessions should be done once per month.
Cozy Corner’s REIKI sessions include consultation, full body REIKI session, chakra opening, clearing and alignment, and Axiatonal Alignment (if needed).

MASSAGE
Indian Head Massage (with Catherine Whittaker)
New to Canada, this luxurious modality is extremely relaxing and excellent at opening all your upper energy centers, increasing your circulation, reducing tension headaches and promoting a sense of calmness. The areas most vulnerable to stress and tension are worked on, including upper back, shoulders, upper arms and neck. Then melt away while you enjoy a relaxing head, face and ear massage.
Cozy’s treatment has been modified to a lay down version by client demand, and although the treatment can be done fully clothed, most of our clients prefer to compliment the session with a relaxing upper body massage, including full back massage.
Session is ideal for relaxation, or if you are interested in energy work with a pampering twist. Cozy Corner’s Indian Head Massage includes 10 minutes of Reiki and focuses on relieving any body imbalances and tension. This is a great idea for your loved one or yourself!

Hot Stone Massage
Let all your worries melt away as you enjoy the luxurious feeling of hot stones massaging and resting on your skin.
Typical of Cozy Corner, this hot stone healing treatment is generously timed to give you maximum enjoyment and relaxation.
Session starts with gentle placement of the stones on your body, followed by a hot stone facial, and whole body massage from head to toe. The soothing warmth of the stones will bring your relaxation to a whole new level!

Being wrapped up in a cozy cocoon has its perks! If you have never tried a body wrap, this is a great time to try it! A detoxifying, relaxing or energizing essential oil blend is applied to your skin. Cancellation Policy
Cozy Corner Holistic Services offers very exclusive, private sessions and times are reserved especially for you. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance of appointment time will result in a full charge of booked appointment (including gift certificate appointments). If a guest books two or more treatments for a visit (Including combo treatments), we apply a 48-hour cancellation policy.
